Fresh greens tossed with a raspberry balsamic vinegarette and with ripe

Smoked Salmon Tortellini:
Tri-color cheese tortellini tossed with a sauce of smoked salmon,

Part of Pierce County's "Get Fit" program. Tender chicken breast
baked in lemon & rosemary. According to the "Get Fit" guidelines,
this item has less than 750 calories and less than 1,000 mg sodium.

Seafood

Spicy Cioppino:
The classic Italian seafood stew prepared with salmon, white fish,
prawns, shrimp, calamari, and clams simmered in spicy

Scampi Picatta:

Tonno in Camicia:
