Little Tomato Tarts - Puff pastry filled with Mascarpone cheese, tomatoes and roasted peppers $7.95

Pastas:

Chicken Carbonara - Chicken breast pieces and prosciutto are sauteed in a rich cream and egg sauce; then tossed into hot fettucini $15.95

Rigatoni with Sausage & Roasted Peppers - Roasted sweet peppers and slices of Italian sausage are combined in a red wine and tomato sauce; then tossed into hearty rigatoni pasta $14.95

Campanelle with Scallops & Prawns - Two of our favorite shell fish prepared simply in a butter and sage sauce with peas, diced tomatoes and lemon $18.95

Entrees:

New York Steak & Mushrooms - A 12 oz. aged New York steak is char-grilled to your liking, then topped with roasted mushrooms, butter and balsamic reduction. Served with fresh vegetables and 3 cheese potatoes $25.95

Fresh Wild Alaskan Salmon
Your choice: Served with risotto and fresh vegetables

Grilled Salmon - Simply prepared and topped with blackberry butter $24.95
